Q: What does the price include?
A. The price includes the set-up and break-down of all equipment. It is also includes delivery within 25 miles from Holly Springs, NC. We can deliver outside of our delivery range for an additional fee. Remember our prices does not include sales tax.
Q: What are your payment options?
A. You have several payments options, cash, money order or credit card.
The credit cards that we accept are Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Final payment must be made no more than 24 hours before your event.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
A. Yes, a 50% deposit will be requested at time of reservation.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
Triangle Amusements reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather (rain or wind above 20 mph). You may apply your deposit towards a different date or a refund will be made.
In case of a cancellation for other than inclement weather, two week’s notice is required in order to receive a full refund.
If Triangle Amusements arrives to set up the equipment and there is an event cancellation the full amount will be charged.
Q: Are you insured?
We are fully insured. All of our equipment is registered with the State of North Carolina. In the event that a copy of our insurance certificate is needed, one can be provided.
Q: Are there any yard requirements?
The surface on which we set up the inflatable should be as flat as possible and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings.
The area where the inflatable will be should be somewhat flat and about 18' x 18' with no low hanging tree branches. We rarely have a problem. We can even set up a moonbounce in your driveway or front yard.
Q: Do you provide an attendant to supervise the inflatable?
Typically we do not but if you feel that it is necessary, we can provide a ride attendant for an additional fee of $45 for four hours. For the wet/dry slide the fee will be $90 as it requires two attendants.
Q: Do I need a generator?
If you have a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area, a generator is not needed. If an outlet is not available a generator can be provided at an additional cost.
Q: How many kids can play at once?
This depends on the ages and sizes of the children. Generally speaking, the moonbounce can accommodate 4-10 children of the same size/age group at one time. A parents' judgment is also recommended.
Q: Is it less expensive if we pick up the inflatable ourselves?
No, our insurance requires that the units be professionally set-up and taken down to ensure safety. For the safety of your children, it is allows best to leave it up to the professionals.
Q: Can the inflatables be set-up indoors?
Yes! The inflatables can be set-up indoors providing there is enough ceiling clearance. A 17ft. feet vertical clearance is needed. Gyms, auditoriums and other large halls are perfect.
